The first week went GREAT. I lost 3 pounds by Saturday. Then i ate like crap. Monday no more loss but no more gain. Then I was down on myself and ate crap. Weight gained. Now I'm sick as a dog and I'm blaming the terrible eating. Right now I am recommitting myself to this...clean eating and hopefully our tax return shows up this week so I can buy an elliptical and tyler and I are going to start P90x. Wish me luck!
